DNSSEC - May 5th - Is the Internet going to crash for some?

Is the Internet going to crash on May 5th due to the rollout of DNSSEC across the 13 root servers or is this the next Y2K? I've run the tests mentioned here from both my Corporate network and from an outside Road Runner connection. The tests fail in each scenerio. I called my firewall vendor but found they were unfamiliar with the issue at all.
